It is equipped with the horizontal and vertical extruding casting cold roll can simulate single stretch film and sheet extrusion production process, etc.
The lab cast film machine can be used for thin film preparation and also can be used for thicker sheet. This machine is the best laboratory equipment for extruding forming film.

Features

- Can connect with single screw extruder(20/25/30/45mm)
- T hanger type, width range from 200~300mm; the max film width around 300mm, min. film width around 100mm, can use for making film which width less than 300mm
- Cooling roll and other tools are been chrome plated and harden, with mirror polished.
- Cooling roll is controlled by water heating and cooling system to control the temperature, max. temperature at 120ºC.
- Cooling roll temperature can also be controlled by oil heating & cooling, max. temperature at 170ºC.
- All the inner parts are chromed plated and mirror polished
- Rubber clip roll has tension control (include tension measuring roll), have indicator for winding and tension.
